4 eggs slightly beaten
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 tablespoons flour
4 cups milk
A delicious smooth and comforting custard
Mix sugar and flour in the top of a double boiler.
Whisk milk & eggs together, & gradually add to the sugar mixture.
Cook in double boiler over water until mixture coats a silver spoon.
